What does each package include?
All packages include a professionally written resume tailored to your target role, ATS optimisation, and at least one round of revisions. Higher-tier packages may include LinkedIn profile writing, cover letter writing, or extended revision periods. Exact inclusions are listed on each service page. Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown at checkout is the total price. There are no setup fees, no account creation charges, and no automatic renewal. If you want additional services after delivery — such as a cover letter or LinkedIn profile — those are separate purchases at the prices shown on the relevant service page. How long does it take to receive my resume?
Standard turnaround is three to five business days from the point we receive your completed intake questionnaire. How many rounds of revisions are included?
All paid packages include at least one round of revisions within the revision window for your tier. Higher-tier packages include extended revision periods. A revision request should cover changes to the same document — additions of entirely new career history or role changes requested after delivery may incur additional charges. What if I am not satisfied with the first draft?
Send your feedback to your writer and they will revise the document within your revision window. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before work has begun and receive a full refund. Once your writer has started drafting — typically within one business day of receiving your completed intake — cancellation may be subject to a partial charge reflecting work completed.
